Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 April 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the WP MCP service ("Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WP MCP provides a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that enables AI assistants (such as Claude) to interact with your WordPress site(s) via the WordPress REST API. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@wpmcp.io.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. When you purchase a subscription, you are purchasing from Paddle, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Your payment details are held by Paddle and are never stored on WP MCP servers.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice sent to your registered email address.

5a. Refund Policy

A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment on any paid plan. To request a refund within this window, email hello@wpmcp.io with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5b. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard (Billing tab → Cancel). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 14-day guarantee window.

6. Credentials and Data

You retain ownership of all data associated with your WordPress site(s). WP MCP stores your WordPress Application Password in encrypted form solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP MCP's liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in English courts.
